Job Responsibilities

Content Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for demand analysis, product design, prototype creation, and documentation for reach, activity platform, and data-related products;

2. Deeply understand business needs, identify user pain points, develop product solutions, and drive product implementation;

3. Track product data, analyze user behavior, and continuously optimize product features and user experience;

Stay updated on industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and maintain product competitiveness;

• 4. Communicate closely with R&D, operations, and business departments to coordinate resources and facilitate smooth project progress.

Job Requirements

1. Preferably over 2 years of experience in exchange products, familiar with exchange business models and product logic;

2. Over 3 years of experience as an internet product manager, with experience in middle and back office products, campaigns, and agency-related products preferred;

3. Strong capabilities in requirement analysis, product design, and project management;

4. Good data sensitivity and analytical skills, able to drive product iteration through data;

• 5. Excellent communication, coordination skills, and a spirit of teamwork;
