- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Alibaba offerings to potential clients

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and secure repeat business

- Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the property management industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
- Proficient in using sales enablement tools and technologies to enhance productivity and performance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
