Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree any business course, HR Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of solid HR experience (preferably in manpower or service industries)
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- A proactive, strategic mindset with a heart for people
