- Recruitment and Sourcing:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals) to source candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for open positions.
- Interviewing and Selection:
- Coordinate and conduct interviews for shortlisted candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates, make hiring recommendations, and assist in the decision-making process.
- Candidate Experience:
- Create a positive, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide feedback and follow-up to candidates, maintaining effective communication at each stage of recruitment.
- Job Posting and Advertisement:
- Create and update job descriptions, post job openings on various platforms, and track the effectiveness of job ads.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the organization’s employer brand and work with the HR team to ensure a strong online and offline presence.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and leadership to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Open for Fresh Graduate and Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
