COMPANY PROFILE: This is a US-based cybersecurity company. This company has a customer base of almost 50,000 + private companies and government firms and even educational institutions. Their main service is to provide vulnerability assessment software to different organizations around the world.


Position: Japanese Channel Support / Japanese Sales 

Company Industry: American Cyber Security Company

Work Location: BGC, Taguig City

Salary: Php 150,000

Breakdown: P 100k basic + 50,000 allowance = Php 150,000

Schedule: Dayshift (Fixed 9 am to 6 pm)

Work Set-up: Work Onsite for 6 months | Work hybrid after 6 months

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinates with company’s channels like distributor, Re-sellers and online platforms
  • Provide technical support to company’s partners and channels
  • Resolve issues of Japanese channels
  • Providing technical assistance, training, and resources to partners to help them effectively sell and support the company's products or services. 
  • Managing and processing orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate fulfillment. 
  • Negotiating and managing contracts and agreements with Japanese  channel partners. 
  • Maintaining strong relationships with Japanese  channel partners through regular communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Filipino who speaks Japanese 
  • Filipino who is around N3, N2 and N1 
  • No JLPT required (candidates who are not JLPT passers can apply)
  • Can use Japanese and English at the same time
  • Has background in Channel Sales or channel support 
  • Degree holder of any courses (preferably IT courses)
  • Has experiences in vendor or channel management across IT industry
  • Having IT channel background is not necessary but preferred 
  • Has experience doing market research and trend analysis
