Description
- Answer inbound calls, emails, or chat messages from customers regarding their insurance policies.
- Help customers initiate the claims process by gathering necessary information.
- Provide status updates on open claims and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Work with the claims department to ensure a timely and accurate resolution of claims.
- Address customer complaints or issues related to their insurance policies, payments, or claims.
- Resolve discrepancies or billing errors, escalating complex issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
- Provide timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Requirements
- Work Set-Up: Onsite
- Requirements: At least 1 year BPO experience (International Voice Account), Healthcare Experience is a plus but not required
- Salary: Up to 33k Offer
- Qualifications: Open to HS (Old Curriculum) grads, SHS, College grads, or College undergrads
