Description
- Responsible maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals. Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Implementation and execution of the mission, vision and objective of the business and organization.
- Coordinates daily the Front of the House and Back of the House fast food restaurant operations.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Recruit, train, supervise and appraise fast food restaurant personnel.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high standards of quality.
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree required
