  • Responsible maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals.
  • Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

Requirements

  • Implementation and execution of the mission, vision and objective of the business and organization.
  • Coordinates daily the Front of the House and Back of the House fast food restaurant operations.
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
  • Recruit, train, supervise and appraise fast food restaurant personnel.
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high standards of quality.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, health and safety regulations/guidelines.
  • Promotes the restaurant through various marketing activities.
