- 顧客からの技術的な問い合わせに対応する。
- 製品のインストールや設定をサポートする。
- 問題解決のためのトラブルシューティングを行う。
- 適切なドキュメントやリソースを提供する。
- フィードバックを収集し、製品改善に貢献する。
- チームと協力し、顧客満足度を向上させる。
Requirements
- 職種: テクニカルサポート担当者
- 学歴: 学歴不問
- 経験: １０年以上の経験
- スキル: 問題解決能力、優れたコミュニケーション能力、IT技術の理解
- 職務: 顧客からの問い合わせ対応、技術的な問題の診断と解決、ドキュメント作成
- 労働条件: フルタイム勤務、週5日
- 特性: 忍耐強さ、チーム志向、顧客サービスへの情熱
- ビジネスレベルの英語力・日本語力
