Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal leadership development programs for field managers.
  • Review and revise current leadership development programs as needed.
  • Partner with the management team to design and execute tailored learning experiences for field managers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest training trends and methods, integrating them into programs, particularly for virtual formats.
  • Coordinate regular webinars and in-person or virtual learning sessions for field managers.


Qualification

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in leadership training within the life insurance sector.
  • Basic knowledge of agency management.
  • Expertise in designing, delivering, and assessing training programs.
  • Supervisory experience is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Vyond, or similar applications is a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of program design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Outstanding presentation skills for both in-person and online training sessions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
