The Aeven DevOps unit

If you like working together highly motivated DevOps engineers and architects, this is the right place. We are in DevOps an engineering team building solutions for our internal development teams and our clients. You will, on a daily basis work in an agile team with other IT professionals eg. Cloud Architects, Developers and field specialists. Your responsibility is to build automated solutions e.g. automated deployment, together with colleagues from the DevOps unit. As part of the DevOps unit, you will be in the heart of Aeven’s cloud Journey where everything is centered around DevOps technologies and principles.

The Aeven DevOps role

As a DevOps engineer in Aeven you will have the opportunity to take part of projects and operation with cutting edge technology in a passionate and talented team.

Your will primary focus area will be:

• Building / support automated DevOps solution our Cloud management platform (product)
• Working with cutting edge technologies such as GitHub Enterprise, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible and Golang to mention some of our preferred technologies
• Working in hybrid environments, both Cloud and Private cloud
• Supporting design and implementation of DevOps Tool chains

Your qualifications

• At least ten (10) years of experience from a technical/engineering position as a DevOps engineer, SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), software engineer, software developer, operations engineer, automation engineer or similar.
• Experience with building or operating platform agnostics and interoperable CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with working as a member of a agile team
• You have some experience with scripting in one of following: PowerShell, Bash, Python or Golang.
• You are a professional within some of the following CI/CD technologies and best practices: Azure DevOps/TFS (Team Foundation Server), Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Gitlab, Octopus deploy

Work Schedule

Employees will be expected to adhere to a flexible hybrid work schedule, with a required presence in the office for 2 days per week, allowing for customization of work hours within a specified morning or mid-shift time frame.
