Role Description

• Administer and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions (GHA) or Jenkins for automation and continuous deployment strategies.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Azure.
• Ensure compliance with cloud governance policies and security best practices, including RBAC/AD Group management and vulnerability remediation.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, Terraform, Ansible, and YAML.
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system architecture and new technical implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, serving as an escalation point for complex problems.
• Support the Organizational Change Governance Program to ensure data accuracy and effective communication within the Tech and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Cloud Services: Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• CI/CD Expertise: Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions (GHA), Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
• Kubernetes Management: Strong experience with container orchestration and management using Kubernetes.
• Automation Skills: Proficiency in automation scripting languages such as PowerShell, Perl, and Python (preferred).
• Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, and/or Puppet for automating infrastructure provisioning.
• Configuration Management: Solid understanding of Yaml and Json file formats and managing infrastructure configurations.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and quickly resolve issues in production environments.
• Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively across various teams.
• Experience with Version Control: Familiarity with Git-based version control systems (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
