About the role



As a Warehouse Supervisor at AHD Advance Communication System, Inc.', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of warehouse facility. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our inventory, logistics, and warehouse team.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing goods

• Overseeing the maintenance of stock levels, product storage, and inventory control systems

• Developing and implementing warehouse policies and procedures to optimise productivity and minimise waste

• Monitoring warehouse safety and compliance with relevant regulations

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance overall warehouse efficiency

• Generating detailed reports on warehouse activity, stock levels, and key performance metrics

• Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of logistics

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role within the manufacturing, transport, construction, telecommunication or logistics industry

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and inventory control software

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement

• Strong leadership and people management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a team

• Thorough understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management principles

• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations pertaining to warehouse operations

• Can start immediately
