Description
- Handling daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document recording.
- Receiving, recording, and coordinating catering orders from clients.
- Ensuring order details (portion quantity, menu type, delivery date, address) are accurately documented.
- Coordinating with the kitchen and logistics teams to ensure smooth production and delivery processes of orders.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports related to operational activities and simple financial matters.
Requirements
- Minimum education of high school/vocational school (preferably D3/S1 in Administration, Accounting, or related fields)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in administration (experience in catering is a plus)
- Able to operate a computer and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and possesses good time management skills
- Able to work in a team and under pressure
- Communicative and has good interpersonal skills
