About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who knows how to turn conversations into community and content into impact.

You’ll take charge of our brand’s presence on X (Twitter) — building strategies, creating engaging posts, and growing our voice within the Web3 and fintech space.

This role is perfect for someone who loves digital culture, understands crypto-native communities, and can create content that resonates with the fast-paced Web3 ecosystem.

• Manage and execute the brand’s overall content strategy on X (Twitter).
• Create, schedule, and optimize posts that drive engagement and community growth.
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and continuously improve content effectiveness.
• Collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and partners to expand brand reach.
• Stay up-to-date with Web3 trends, market updates, and cultural conversations to plan timely and relevant content.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on social media experience, ideally focused on X (Twitter).
• Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, crypto, or DeFi ecosystems.
• Excellent written communication in English with a good sense of online tone, memes, and culture.
• Analytical mindset with experience in content performance tracking.
• Passionate about digital marketing, branding, and community building.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or other crypto community channels.
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills (Canva / Photoshop).
