tAre you an experienced Application Support Engineer with solid ITSM process knowledge and hands-on experience in GCP, GKE, and MySQL? We’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex issues, and has a proactive approach to support and documentation

.What You’ll Do

• :Respond to incidents (escalated from L1 or detected automatically
• )Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate to L3 (Developers/Architects) when neede
• dMonitor GKE clusters, pods, deployments, and service
• sRestart, scale, or roll back Kubernetes deployment
• sAnalyze pod crashes, OOM errors, and image pull issues using kubect
• lWork with ConfigMaps, Secrets, and CI/CD pipeline
• sValidate deployments in staging/production environment
• sMonitor and act on alerts from tools like Spyglass or other observability platform
• sDocument incident resolutions, SOPs, runbooks, and train L1 team member
• sCollaborate closely with both L1 support and development teams (L3

)What We’re Looking For

• :Minimum 5 years of experience in Application Support or similar role
• sDeep knowledge of ITSM Processes, especially using ServiceNo
• wProficiency with GKE, GCP, and MySQ
• LBasic Node.js scripting for SQL generation and data compariso
• nFamiliarity with tools like Git, Postman, and modern monitoring platform
