- Primarily responsible for providing excellent customer support in line with the scope of work and service level agreements.
- Ensure high-quality interactions by meeting both qualitative and quantitative performance standards, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
- College graduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience
- High school graduates, Senior High School graduates, or college undergraduates with at least 2.5 years of BPO experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Amenable to work on shifting schedules and during holidays, as needed
