Position Summary

Responsible for overall management, optimization, and strategic development of the business group’s financial systems, ensuring their efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals; proactively work with the Thermal Finance teams in reviewing processes, identifying opportunities for process optimization, reducing manual intervention, and increasing overall workflow efficiency.

Ultimately, the Finance Systems Manager will lead the team in financial innovation, requiring a combination of financial knowledge and technical skills to ensure the efficient functioning of systems and to support the financial needs of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management
• At least 3 years of experience in leading diverse and high-performing teams
• At least 3 years of experience in financial systems management and optimization
