Ocean Lynk Limited specializes in the provision of general virtual assistant services, IT resources, and data encoding solutions. Our sister company, registered and located in the UK, has built a strong client base that is now seeking our services. As a result, we have established the Philippines organisation as our outsourcing hub to deliver these core services.


With this setup, we aim to provide efficient and cost-effective solutions, leveraging the growing talent pool in the Philippines to meet the increasing demand for virtual assistants, IT support, and data-related services. The company is a new outsourcing business based in the Philippines particularly in Dasmariñas, Cavite.


Role Description

As an HR Lead Manager, you will create a structured, compliant, and supportive environment for both the company and its employees. Your responsibilities include managing recruitment and hiring processes to ensure the selection of qualified candidates, aligning company policies with the latest Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations, and overseeing clear communication of salary, benefits, agreements, and term contracts during onboarding.


Additionally, you will design and implement employee development programs that foster skill-building and career growth. You will collaborate with team supervisors and clients to ensure HR processes meet departmental needs and are completed accurately and on time.


Job Description:


  • Assess business needs and implement all mandatory HR-related obligations in line with company goals and labor laws.
  • Create and maintain contract templates and associated documentation that are aligned with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations.
  • Lead and implement the recruitment process to attract and hire highly qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Establish a comprehensive onboarding process, ensuring new employees receive appropriate training and support to succeed in their roles.
  • Ensure the company remains compliant with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, inform decision-making, and optimize HR strategies.
  • Formulate and determine appropriate courses of action in response to employee misconduct or violations of company policies, ensuring fair, consistent enforcement.

Qualifications:

  • College entry or degree holder in Human Resources or any related field. Relevant certifications or training are an advantage.
  • With Previous experience in outsourcing, offshore staffing, or recruitment talented applicants
  • Previous experience of working with a start-up organisation, establishing policy, process, templates etc.
  • Strong ability to effectively utilize HR tools and software for efficient management of HR tasks.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to engage professionally with UK-based Head Office and clients.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employee-related concerns, ensuring alignment with DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) and other relevant government agencies.
  • Obtaining certifications like the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and actively participating in HR seminars/workshops is highly encouraged to improve skills and enhance professional credibility.
  • A proactive and self-motivated professional who demonstrates a results-driven approach to HR functions and tasks.
