We also operate Open Access Network, a Fiber as a Service offering that helps reduce complexity for developers and telecommunication companies while increasing customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to employee queries, requests, and concerns
- Conduct employee offboarding and help organize training and development initiatives
- Ensure a positive employee experience by addressing HR operational issues and guiding them through corrective actions
- Help maintain and update policies, procedures, and knowledge bases to ensure current and future best support for employees
- Ensure human resources records are updated and compliant with relevant laws and regulations
- Act as a subject-matter expert in terms of HR-related policies and procedures
- Help manage end-to-end employee life cycle, including but not limited to performance management, compensation, benefits, and leave
- Manage and maintain internal HR systems, records, trackers, and databases
- Lead HR automation initiatives and build HR tools to enhance process efficiencies
- Serve as the team’s point of contact in the absence of the HR Operations Lead
- Generate official internal documents such as promotion letters, appointment letters, transfer letters, and such
- Ensure data integrity by updating all HR systems to reflect personnel movements and changes
- Collaborate with outside vendors, upper management, and employees
- Supports administration and implementation of HR processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to workplace policies
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
- Continuously work with the team to create and improve internal processes and procedures
- Monitor key HR metrics and recommend new benefits and software to address personnel needs
