Position Summary:

The Learning Technology Coordinator (LMS Administrator) is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of our learning tech tools (LMS), implementation of content experiences, and reporting. The position will be responsible for learning tech administration, including uploading content, user management, updates to content and experiences, and ongoing maintenance. It will assist with communicating the message, benefits and story around partner enablement. It requires someone who is highly organized, task/process oriented, and critical and creative thinker who enjoys working with multiple digital platforms. He/she works closely with the Manager of Learning Technology and several key stakeholders across the business to deliver content experiences for our Partners that support our business objectives.

This role will be based in Makati, Philippines, in a hybrid working environment

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

• Act as a coordinator for Partner Enablement learning tech suite in collaboration with other key stakeholders, including uploading content, user management, implementing learning experiences, and ongoing maintenance (updates, refreshes).
• Act as an installer and quality assurance check for all content before they are launched to ensure all deliverables are accurate and live up to our high-quality standards.
• Organise, process and run the reporting needs for the LMS and corresponding partner enablement programs.
• Document and maintain processes related to the LMS and Partner Enablement procedures.
• Act as support internally and externally for our Partners by responding timely to all relevant requests and questions that come into Partner Enablement about the LMS, and/or following up with other team members assigned to tasks, to confirm rapid and thorough follow through with our internal customers.

• Basic LMS platform experience is a strong plus but not required (Docebo preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) a strong plus but not required.
• Familiarity with the Agile methodology a strong plus.
