Job Description

  • To generate sales for the company, manage accounts, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • The role involves meeting annual sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, presenting solutions for ERP/HRIS and other software, continuously generating new accounts and opportunities for the company,
  • Demonstrating confident negotiating and closing skills, preparing and submitting reports on time, attending marketing events to increase company exposure, representing and maintaining a positive company image and brand.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing and business administration.
  • 0-1 year of experience in Sales (as long as they have an internship experience) is acceptable.
  • Has experience in Sales, ERP, HRIS, SQL during internship is acceptable.
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge or back ground in Solutions selling is an advantage.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills, persuasive and persistent.
  • Conversant in the English language
