• Serve as the subject matter expert on ServiceNow functionality to guide development team
• Clarify and assist with technical and application configuration queries to provide technical validation of functional designs e.g. whether customizations are necessary or out of box ServiceNow features can meet the requirements
• Provide guidance on ServiceNow’s best practices
• Document technical/functional design specifications based on business requirements
  
  

• Experience as functional/technical analyst and ServiceNow platform & AppEngine (min. 1 year, ideally 2-3y or more)
• Overall experience as (business/functional/technical/implementation) analyst 5 years or more
• Degree holder in Computer Science or related fields
• Analytical, structured, and has efficient way of working
• Interested in banking and financial industry
• Can fluently speak and write in English
