JOB TITLE:

Recruitment Specialist I

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible in achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with hiring managers to discuss needs

· Conducts interview and performs interview related functions to assess candidate’s suitability

· Closes job offer negotiation based on agreed targets to achieve individual and organizational recruitment goals

· Adheres to Pre-employment requirements specifications to ensure HR compliance

· Promotes Employee Referral Program (ERP) as both engagement and recruitment tool to improve sourcing and engagement strategy

· Plans, executes and evaluates strategic recruitment-marketing efforts based on marketing trends

· Other ad hoc task

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

· Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

· Must have the ability to prioritize and organize work in a multi-tasked environment

· Project management skills, strong presentation skills

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent in relevant work experience
• 1-2 years end –to-end Recruitment experience required
• Possess excellent Phone skills, recruiting, interviewing skills, employment law, results driven and has good judgement
