Job Description
This role will be based out of
Notified Office located on the 14th Floor, AIA Tower (formely Philam Life Tower), 8767 Paseo de Roxas, Bel-Air, Makati City. Our expectation at this time, is that you would work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
The Webcast Manager will manage a dedicated portfolio of corporate clients, and will be responsible for the scheduling, coordinating and delivering of corporate events via teleconference or the web. He/she will establish best practice with clients for the optimal customer experience and will have client retention as a key measure of success.
Moreover, the Webcast Manager will work closely with internal teams, e.g. Account Management, Sales teams, as well as vendors, in the fulfillment
Of These Responsibilities
- Liaise directly via phone and e-mail with corporate clients in account portfolio
- Gathers event information from clients and schedule webcasts in the system following best practices
- Performs webcast configuration, testing and delivery, conducts product/service demonstrations to new/existing clients, as needed.
- Organizes, prepares and uploads event content (text, images, audio, video, etc.)
- Delivers as scheduled audio/video webcasts, as described in processes, ensuring that such events go smoothly
- Ensures the quality of the event is up to the client and Notified’ s standards and provides frontline support across multiple events, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely matter and to the clients' satisfaction.
- Escalates client issues to management for appropriate resolution
- Gathers and summarize event data for reports
- Assists in managing various support channels for seamless service delivery
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Certificate in Information Technology Multimedia/Communication Arts, or a similar discipline
- At least one (1) full year of experience in a similar role, or any client relationship management role
- Strong English language verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to effectively manage workload under pressure
- Technology savvy, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- No supervisory responsibilities - works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines as described by direct manager/supervisor.
- Communicates regularly with immediate team and manager/supervisor to become familiar with business issues and goals and to build relationships.
- Understands the importance of building and maintaining Notified’s ongoing relationships
- Prepares preliminary drafts of communication materials; proofs, reviews, and performs quality checks for correct grammar, spelling, and appropriate layout prior to delivering work products
- Continuously learns and monitors evolving market and technology trends
