- We are hiring an experienced and strategic HR Manager on behalf of our client in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR operations across multiple locations, supporting both head office and store teams, and implementing effective HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the implementation of core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development
- Manage and support HR operations across multiple store locations and business units
- Drive training, coaching, and leadership development across teams
- Coordinate and maintain strong partnerships with banks, government agencies (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, DOLE), and other external stakeholders
- Support compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and audit standards
- Proactively handle employee grievances and disciplinary processes with fairness and confidentiality
- Take the lead in change management initiatives and business process improvements
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
- Provide data-driven insights to improve HR efficiency and employee engagement
- Ensure consistency in policy implementation across stores with different department store chains
要件
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- (Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage)
- With at least 5 years of solid HR experience, preferably in a retail or multi-location setup
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
