Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Parañaque for a Talent Acquisition Supervisor at Vikings Group of Companies. The role will involve overseeing the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and teams
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
• Amenable to start ASAP

Note:

• This is an on-site work setup in a compressed work week schedule. Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm & Friday 7:00am-6:00pm.
