The Role

We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on Senior HR Manager / Head of HR who can design, build, and lead a high-performance people function. You’ll report directly to the President and work across leadership teams to embed best practices, streamline processes, and develop a values-driven culture that’s admired and built to last.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR functions including org development, recruitment, L&D, comp & ben, employee relations, and compliance.
• Standardize systems and HR processes across multiple business units.
• Coach and support department heads, acting as a strategic business partner.
• Drive adoption of performance frameworks, KPIs, and succession planning.
• Champion culture and embed values like integrity, excellence, and service into daily operations.
• Manage outsourced manpower and shared service providers to ensure alignment with brand expectations.
• Support high-level decision-making with data, structure, and insight.

Who We’re Looking For

• At least 10 years of experience in HR, ideally in fast-paced or scaling organizations.
• Proven leadership in org design, performance management, recruitment, and L&D.
• Strong communicator and operator, capable of zooming out to design and zooming in to execute.
• Track record of managing headcount of 200+ direct and indirect staff.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or service-oriented industries preferred.
• Emotionally intelligent, solutions-oriented, and culturally aware.
• Comfortable working in a high-intensity, hands-on environment.
