Description
- Supervising, managing, and evaluating the performance of employees within the store.
- Implementing and monitoring operational procedures.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and other relevant standards.
- Addressing operational issues, resolving conflicts, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Operations Supervisor/Area Supervisor in Retail Industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop effective solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to be assigned in Better Living, Paranaque
- Willing to handle Olongapo, Pampanga, & Baliuag stores
- Willingness to do scheduled store visits
