Must have:


  • 1+ year Business or Technical Writing experience
  • 3+ years’ working knowledge in each of the following: Microsoft Office Suite including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong people skills with the ability to work with different levels of the organization
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work and support a “constant change” environment
  • Developing proficiency level in Lean and process mapping


Nice to have:


  • Undergraduate degree in Communication, English, or Business Administration
  • Certification in Technical Writing
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio
  • 1+ year experience with HTML & CSS
