- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Provide accurate information on products and services.
- Document interactions and follow up on open issues.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills; proficient in CRM software.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, may involve shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential.
