ORE PROFILE: Business Analyst, Project Management, Risk Mitigation: Lead the process, policy and business rules creation of Maya Consumer Wallet products and services. The Senior Value Chain Specialist/Senior Business Analyst ensures operational readiness and proper implementation of changes that align with Consumer Business interests. They also monitors and assess the end-to-end value chain for improvements including automation and tool enhancement as needed.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for the operationalization of new products and services ensuring operational readiness prior launch.
  • Improvement of the end-to-end business and service value chains, may it be streamlining of the existing process, policies, business rules, tools enhancement, and/or automation.
  • Process and Policy Documentation: Create and publish policy and process documents as agreed with the stakeholders.
  • Change Project Management: Work closely with various stakeholders, such as Product, Operations, and other support units to deliver the required enhancements, automation, policy compliance and process improvement needed to achieve defined business objectives and are aligned with the company’s business strategy.
  • Reporting: Monitor the progress of the projects and provide status reports and measure resulting business impact to business leaders.

What we are looking for:

  • Graduate of Business, Management, Marketing, Economics or any other related field.
  • With at least 5+ years of experience as a BA
  • Must have experience working on medium to large-scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
  • Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship-building skills & communication skills.
  • Understanding of data analysis fundamentals applied to business performance data.
  • Preferably with background on services as a product, preferably digital but is not required.
  • Experience in cost management is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Understands how to deal with internal stakeholders across product, technology, operations and governance units.
