Description
- Customer Support:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, service details, pricing, or technical support.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to resolve customer issues or concerns.
- Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure the issue is fully resolved and to gather feedback.
- Order Processing & Account Management:
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Update customer account information (e.g., contact details, preferences, payment information) in the CRM system.
- Track order status and provide updates to customers as needed.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Report recurring issues or trends to management to help improve products, services, or processes.
- Prepare reports related to customer feedback, common issues, and service performance.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling:
- Promote additional products or services that may benefit the customer based on their needs and preferences.
- Actively listen to customer needs to offer the right solutions.
- Customer Education:
- Educate customers about new products, services, or features.
- Provide troubleshooting instructions or guidance on how to use products or services effectively.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience as Customer Service Representative ( Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good communication skills and pleasing personality/attitude
- Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree
