YOUR IMPACT

OpenText's Total Rewards (TR) team is a key HR ‘Center Of Excellence’ and a strategic partner to the entire HR organization and to business leaders. The team plays a significant role in contributing to the Employee Value Proposition by designing and implementing TR programs and strategies. As Lead Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you lead C&B and Wellness programs providing oversight and evolving it in response to strategy and needs for the Philippines and other South Asian countries.

What The Role Offers

  • Creating and presenting proposals to recommend timely Benefit renewals. Plan design enhancements after a thorough review of cost analysis, impact and long-term effectiveness
  • Conducting periodic country level policy reviews, considering market trends or changes in regulatory requirement and proactively reporting compliance flags & inconsistencies in policy adoption.
  • Drafting guidelines / policies, design communications, create change management and project management plans to deploy new programs or approved changes
  • Conduct periodic sessions for employees, managers and leaders for better understanding, alignment and adoption of TR programs, including day-to-day consultation and solutioning with other HR and leaders
  • Plan & deploy Mergers & Acquisition activities while ensuring harmonized plans are effective, affordable & sustainable
  • Effective partnership with Procurement, HR Shared Services, Global Total Rewards, Business Stakeholders and External vendors in delivering TR programs
  • Partner with regional & global TR teams on delivering Global projects in assigned region/countries
  • Guide HRSS teams to ensure administration of C&B programs are in line with policy and local regulations and the team is continually improving employee experience while focusing on scalability.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Experience in leading Total Rewards (TR), or benefits and wellness programs in the Philippines. Experience covering this for Malaysia, Indonesia or Thailand an advantage, especially Singapore.
  • Independent with strong project and stakeholder management
  • Understanding of TR legislative changes
  • High proficiency with Excel for complex modeling and PowerPoint for proposals
  • Strong communication to design TR cascade with the employee experience in mind
  • Proactive in preventing/identifying problems and developing solutions collaboratively in a globally matrixed environment
  • Hybrid work in Makati, Philippines, with a few days per week at home following present policy. Predominantly day to mid shift.
